Customers will receive updates as their order progresses through each stage.


Order Journey

1. Order Placed

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Your order will now enter the processing queue.

Estimated time: Immediately after checkout


2. Order Processing

Our team prepares your order for shipment. This includes:

• Order verification
• Product inspection
• Secure packaging
• Shipping label preparation

Processing time depends on product availability:

In-stock products:
1–3 business days

Items requiring inventory refill:
Up to 3–5 business days


3. Order Shipped

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking system to update.


4. In Transit

Your package is now on the way.

Estimated delivery times:

Metro Manila:
1–3 business days

Luzon:
2–5 business days

Visayas:
3–7 business days

Mindanao:
4–8 business days


5. Delivered

Once the courier marks the order as Delivered, the order is considered successfully completed.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
