1. All Sales Are Final Unless Eligible for Return

All items sold on Livefeed.ph are considered final sale unless the product meets the criteria for an Approved Return Request under this policy.

Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

• The item arrived defective or non-functional upon arrival
• The item received is incorrect (different from the order)
• The item arrived physically damaged during shipping

Returns based on change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or preference will not be accepted.


2. Return Request Window

Customers must submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 48 hours will automatically be declined, except in cases where the product carries an official manufacturer warranty.

This strict timeframe helps prevent product misuse after delivery.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both the customer and Livefeed.ph, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required for any damage or missing item claims.

The video must show:

• The sealed package before opening
• The entire unboxing process
• The actual item received

Claims without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.

This policy prevents fraudulent damage claims.


4. Condition Requirements for Approved Returns

If a return request is approved, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
• No physical damage caused by customer handling

Items returned that show signs of use, modification, or tampering will be rejected and returned to the buyer.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances, unless proven defective upon arrival:

• Personal care products
• Undergarments or worn apparel
• Pet consumables or opened pet items
• Digital products or downloadable items
• Clearance or discounted products
• Items marked Final Sale


6. Refund or Replacement Decision

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Livefeed.ph reserves the right to decide whether the customer will receive:

Replacement item
Store credit
Refund

Refunds are not guaranteed if a replacement product is available.


7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Estimated processing times:

GCash / Online Payments: 3–7 business days
Credit/Debit Card: 5–15 business days
Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.


8. Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is approved due to:

Defective / damaged / incorrect item:
Livefeed.ph will cover the return shipping cost.

For any other approved return reason:
The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


9. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


10. Fraud Prevention

Livefeed.ph actively monitors accounts for return abuse, fraudulent claims, and suspicious activity.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse returns
• Cancel orders
• Block accounts
• Refuse future transactions

if abuse or fraudulent behavior is detected.


11. Manufacturer Warranty

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty.

In these cases, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center.

Livefeed.ph does not act as the warranty provider unless explicitly stated.


12. Limitation of Liability

Livefeed.ph shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product sold on the website.
